Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Statimpay Ltd (company number 16390579), registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover use of this website only. They do not cover use of the StatimPay product or app, which are governed by separate terms: a written agreement with the employer concerned, and the terms employees accept when they join the app.
2. Other terms that apply
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this site, and our Cookie Notice explains the cookies we use. Both apply when you use this site.
3. The site is information only
The content of this website is provided for general information about StatimPay and its earned wage access product. It is not an offer to contract, and nothing on this site forms part of any agreement between us.
Nothing on this website is financial, legal, tax or employment advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Earned wage access has implications for payroll and for deductions from wages, and you should take your own professional advice before adopting it.
Product features, limits and fees described on this site reflect how the product is designed. They may change, and specific terms will be set out in your agreement with us.
4. Using the site is free
We do not charge for using this website. Your internet provider or mobile network may charge you for data.
5. Acceptable use
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system.
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest or overload the site.
- Submit false information, or another person's details, through our forms.
6. Viruses and security
We do not guarantee that this website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for protecting your own device, for example with up-to-date security software.
You must not introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material to the site, or attack it in any way, including by a denial-of-service attack. Doing so may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we may report it to the authorities.
7. Intellectual property
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not use any part of the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The StatimPay name and logo are our trade marks.
8. Linking to this site
You may link to our home page, as long as you do so fairly and lawfully and in a way that does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not suggest any association with, approval of or endorsement by us where none exists, and you must not frame this site on another website.
9. Links to other sites
Where this site links to other websites, those links are provided for information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
10. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee that this website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or any part of the site for business and operational reasons.
We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check it from time to time.
11. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you use this site for business purposes, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into your use of it, and we will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
If you use this site as a consumer, we only provide it for your domestic and private use. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
